Druid
When druids reach level 10 they can learn a spell called Teleport: Moonglade
which will allow them to teleport directly to Nighthaven, Moonglade.
Horde druids get a flight path from Moonglade to Thunder Bluff, Mulgore from
Bunthen Plainswind <Thunder Bluff Flight Master>.
Alliance druids get a flight path from Moonglade to Rut'theran Village, Teldrassil from
Silva Fil'naveth <Darnassus Flight Master>.
Mages
Alliance
Mages of the Alliance can learn spells to teleport them and others to the capital cities of Ironforge, Stormwind and Darnassus.

Engineering
Engineers can get a teleporter to either Gagetzan or Everlook, these locations are both in Kalimdor so can be used as a quick travel to that continent.
Quests
Horde can teleport from Booty Bay to Gnomeregan by using the Goblin Transponder and completing the quest Gnomer-gooooone!.
